Almond Strawberry Banana Yogurt Smoothie

The Greek yogurt in this recipe makes the smoothie extra rich and creamy, whereas almonds add fiber and a crunchy texture.  You can enjoy this tasty treat for breakfast, but it’s also great as a pre- or post-workout snack.

  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 3/4 cup unflavored Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup almonds

Put all ingredients in a blender.  Blend until smooth.
