Blueberry protein smoothie

  • 1 scoop (1/3 cup) Soy protein
  • 1/2 cup blueberries / frozen
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Psyillium seed husks

Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.
