Coffee Banana Smoothie

  • 2 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 1-1/2 cups soy milk, vanilla flavored
  • 1 cup coffee-flavored yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Dash of ground nutmeg (optional)
  • 2 or 3 ice cubes

Put all ingredients in a blender.  Puree until smooth.  You can use cow’s milk instead of soy milk.
