- 2 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
- 1-1/2 cups soy milk, vanilla flavored
- 1 cup coffee-flavored yogurt
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Dash of ground nutmeg (optional)
- 2 or 3 ice cubes
Put all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth. You can use cow’s milk instead of soy milk.
