Fresh Fruit Breakfast Smoothie

  • 1 cup fruit juice, any flavor
  • 1/2 cup milk or cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup diced fruit (your choice)

Blend together all ingredients until smooth.  This breakfast smoothie is easy to prepare.  It has Vitamin C plus protein from the cottage cheese, milk and tofu.  Fresh fruits add fiber.
