Try this recipe for your picky eater. No kid can resists this healthy smoothie recipe.
* 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
* 1/3 cup fresh raspberries
* 4 large strawberries
* 1/3 cup pomegranate juice
* 1/3 cup mango juice
* 2/3 cup milk
* 2 tbsp honey
Blend all ingredients together. You can add ice cubes or crushed ice if you like, although I recommend not doing it. Use frozen berries instead.
