Green Smoothie for Kids

Ok, kids and vegetables don’t mix at all, but give this recipe a try. You’ll be amazed by the taste and texture.

Ingredients:

* 1 banana, peeled and sliced
* 1/2 cup frozen berries
* 1/2 cup mango, sliced
* a handful of spinach leaves
* 3 romaine lettuce leaves
* a sprig of parsley
* 1 or 2 tbsp honey

Combine all of them and blend. Serve immediately.
