
1 banana 2 cups of low fat strawberry yogurt 1 cup of low fat milk 1/2 cup of shredded ice Mix all ingredients together in a blender and you have just made a perfect low fat smoothie.
Ingredients: 2 bananas 1/2 cup frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries or blackberries) 1 cup fresh or frozen peaches or mangoes 1 cup orange juice Juice from half a lime Blend until smooth.
1 banana 1-1/4 cups strawberries 10 whole almonds 2 tbsp water 1 cup ice cubes 3 tbsp chocolate-flavored protein powder Blend together the banana, strawberries, almonds and water. Add ice cubes and puree until smooth and frothy. Add protein powder and mix until well blended, about 30 seconds.
