Coffee Smoothies

2 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen 1-1/2 cups soy milk, vanilla flavored 1 cup coffee-flavored yogurt 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon Dash of ground nutmeg (optional) 2 or 3 ice cubes Put all ingredients in a blender.  Puree until smooth.  You can use cow’s milk instead of soy milk.
