Ingredients: 1/2 cup soy milk 1-1/2 cups papaya slices 1 cup strawberries 1/2 of an avocado 1/3 cup silken tofu 2 tbsp peanut butter or any nut butter 2 tbsp protein powder (optional) Maple syrup to taste Blend until smooth.

1 scoop vanilla protein powder 3/4 cup yogurt 1 banana 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 cup water 3 ice cubes

1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder 1 cup milk 1 banana 1 or 2 tbsp peanut butter 3 ice cubes, crushed

1 banana 1 tbsp protein powder (or recommended amount) 1/2 cup yogurt 1 cup nonfat milk

1 cup milk 2 tbsp creamy or crunchy peanut butter 1/2 cup fruit of your choice (berries, banana, etc.) 2 or 3 ice cubes Blend until smooth.
