Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1-1/2 cups papaya slices
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 of an avocado
  • 1/3 cup silken tofu
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or any nut butter
  • 2 tbsp protein powder (optional)
  • Maple syrup to taste

Blend until smooth.
